Our project services include pre-construction, construction, and close-out. Our pre-construction services comprise budgeting/bidding, scheduling, as well as coordination with the architect, building department and owner’s vendors. Our construction services consist of self-perform work which includes demolition, concrete, doors, frames and hardware, rough carpentry, metal stud framing and drywall. Our highly efficient close-out procedures include turnover packages (TOP’s) and a zero punch list. |
