We at Iron like to play too. From fishing to golf to company functions, there is always an escapade to be had. We hold quarterly company meetings, annual company BBQs, set up fishing trips with our friends and clients, monthly golf, employee birthday and anniversary parties, company Christmas parties and our annual Open House, as well as training employees in areas pertinent to company goals, Iron is always making sure our employees goals and needs are met too.
Because, at Iron, teamwork is everything. Working together and playing together helps us fulfill our mission of being a well rounded company. As you can see, we are working towards that end!
