direction—aligning people, processes, and culture to support project excellence and sustainable growth. Her leadership and insight are integral to Business Operations, Management, and Executive decision-making.

Since joining Iron Construction in 2012 as an HR Coordinator, Heidi has made meaningful contributions across several departments, including accounting, marketing, and project support. Her cross-functional impact reflects a deep understanding of operational needs and a strong commitment to organizational success. She has also led numerous company-sponsored charity events, highlighting her dedication to team culture and community involvement.

Before joining Iron, Heidi served as Director of Operations at Plate Temkin Marketing, where she was part of the senior leadership team overseeing operations in 225+ business service centers in five states. Her strong background in operations management, team leadership, and employee development has been instrumental in strengthening Iron’s workforce and operational cohesion.
