You see first-hand the way your assistance helps out the neediest people and causes, we make every effort to give without expecting anything in return. All of our employees are thankful for what they have and we make every effort to help those who don’t have all the benefits we do. We believe when you have more than you need, build a bigger table not a higher fence.

Since its inception, the annual Iron Construction Charity Golf Classic has raised over $350K for Operation: Care and Comfort (OCC). Since 2003, OCC has shipped nearly one million pounds of care packages for distribution to Marine, Army, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard personnel that are deployed in conflict regions.
"For over 15 years, Iron Construction has truly been a steadfast partner and friend to Operation: Care and Comfort. Troops, veterans and military families, numbering in the hundreds of thousands, have received care and comfort as a result of our partnership. Each year the Iron Construction team generously hosts a sold out charity golf tournament benefiting OCC, helping us to raise over $750,000.00 for our troops. Thanks to Dave, Claudia and the Iron Construction family, we can continue our important mission of supporting those who volunteer to defend our country, and their families."

The mission of Loaves & Fishes is to provide hot nutritious meals that are prepared, delivered and served to low-income families, disadvantaged individuals with a special concern for children, families, seniors, veterans, students, disabled, and the homeless.

South Bay Clean Creeks Coalition (SBCCC) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to Reclaiming, Restoring and Revitalizing the creeks and rivers in the Santa Clara Valley watershed. Over the past four years we have completed over 200 cleanup events and removed over 200 tons of trash from our creeks and rivers.
"Iron Construction and the South Bay Clean Creeks Coalition began a partnership in 2013 with the goal of restoring the cleanliness of our creeks and eliminating trash and debris that has impaired our community. This collaborative has conducted five annual cleanups clearing 12.5 tons of trash from our local waterways. Iron Construction's organizing skills brings an invaluable level of participation from dozens of commercial real estate industry professionals, local business organizations and community members.
